I liked our room, it was spacious and quiet. The breakfast buffet offered many options and provided a nice seating space, it wasn't crowded. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and berries selection, the pastries selection was very nice too. Everything was tasty (hot and cold foods). The location was good as nearby there were restaurants and cafes.

Great location in the center of Riyadh. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Valet service was quick and efficient. Plenty of parking below the hotel with access to the rooms. The room had an OK size but was super clean. Clean bathrooms with a waterfall shower. The bed was huge and comfortable.

The hotel charges huge amount ( 2000 Sar per night ) , but the next day price dropped 50%( $1000 Sar in Valentines night ) , booking didnt give any refund, the design of the hotel is very outdated and service is poor , no smile only arguments. WiFi is slow and breakfast stop at 10:30 am , I checked in at 5:00 Am in the morning so barely sleep and barely eat. Nothing impressive in the breakfast. Bedroom is small than I thought and bathroom is normal, just as 3 star hotel. Security is very much, I remembered in Egypt there are police dogs and security entrance to make sure all people get in are safe

I loved the corner room with view of the kingdom tower. It was very spacious and comfortable. The room service has one of the best chicken biryanis I have ever had.

Room was very clean and comfortable. All needed items were in the room we didn't need to ask for anything. On top of that all the staff were super friendly, helpful and cooperative. Location was great as well. Our stay was perfect and I would like to extend my thanks to all the staff.
